In modern industrial production process, condition monitoring has extremely resecrch significance and economic value, it is an important prerequisite for guarantee the safe operation of machinery and equipment. With the rapid development of computer and networking technology, the deployment of wireless sensor networks for vibration monitoring of equipment is emerging direction of development and has important significance and development potential.Combined with wireless sensor network technology and machinery condition monitoring needs, this paper was proposed a wireless vibration monitoring network system based on ZigBee. The main researches and designs work include:Firstly, analysis the application requirements of machinery vibration monitoring to determine the overall organizational structure of the wireless monitoring network. The network system is divided into acceleration sensor nodes and wireless network gateway two functional modules to functional design and implementation.Secondly, the paper describes the system hardware and software design process, Acceleration sensor nodes using CC2530F256 as the MCU, the MCU of gateway is the ARM9 processor S3C2440A, both the software and hardware design are based on modularization. The sensor node complete vibration acceleration signal acquisition and wireless upload, the gateway as the network coordinator, including network management, data analysis, data management, data communications and other functional modules.Thirdly, researching and analyzing commonly used equipment fault diagnosis index, implemented algorithm of time domain and frequency domain for vibration signal processing on the gateway, to obtaining the peak of acceleration, spectral data etc. The gateway supports Ethernet, Wi-Fi and RS-485 variety of data communication, can through the browser, a mobile terminal APP and other ways to access the network, make the condition monitoring more flexible and convenient.The wireless vibration monitoring network which is designed and implemented in this paper has advantages such as low investment cost, reliable data acquisition, deployment of convenient and flexible communications, it can meet the application requirements of machinery and equipment vibration monitoring...
