Wireless sensor network(WSN)is normally depolyed in harsh environment, whichinvolves sensors,computation and wireless communication technonlogy. Compared with thetraditional data detecting networks,which are usually based on the technology of field bus andsingle-chip,the system based on WSN has features of self-organization, large capacity andlow-power.In this paper, data acquisition network consists of three-node device, two networks. Thebottom layer of the sensor node is composed by the microcontroller and ZigBee module, themicrocontroller is used to obtain real-time data to be processed after the data is sent throughZigBee. In a data transmission process using short frame manner, change the networkstructure (star network), the the ZigBee superframe technique is to reduce the transmissiondelay, to ensure that the data can be real-time transmission.In this paper, the main content of the middle layer data acquisition. on the hardware, themiddle layer’s data acquisition node through the Zigbee wireless transmission modulereceives the data and use ARM processor for data’s display, analysis and record. On thesoftware, through the transplant Uboot, Linux OS, yaffs2file system, GTK (GUI) to realizethe construction of the software platform, software platform using C language combined withGTK development libraries for data’s reception program, man-machine interface (GUI)development, the touch screen driver development, CGI scripts to the development of thenetwork.This topic in the laboratory environment, complete the following test,through the sensornodes combined with18b20temperature sensor to collect temperature data, then,it will besent after data encapsulation by ZigBee communication module, the receiver uses the ZigBeemodule, use the receiving application, read the upload data, and write to the file. Within thescope of the school’s local area network (LAN), through the transplant of Boa serve andpeanut shells of Linux server side software, realizes the function of the local server access bydomain name.Through the above work, The wireless sensor network detection system’s hardware platform and software development environment of the key technologies’ preliminaryresearch work is completed. Put forward a solution on the basis of guarantee the real-timedata transmission to solve traditional sensor network cabling, equipment is difficult to move.Wireless sensor network (WSN), ARM processor and Linux operating system is introducedinto the detection system, enhance the speed and stability of system operation, make thesystem has good man-machine interface and Ethernet interface, it’s convenient for remoteparameter setting and data view. Linux system and the use of GTK, make it easier forsoftware’s development.
