At present, most hospitals in China, especially small and medium-sized hospitaltransfusion treatment, still use the traditional manual monitoring method. The Infusionspeed is controled by nurses,through turning adjusting pulley;At the same time, the staffmust always observe the state of the infusion fluid,when the liquid losers, promptly notifythe nurse on duty to change the bottle or remove the needle.Obviously,obseving theinfusion speed with the naked eyes is not convenient,and the infusion rate is an importantparameter,different drugs requir different infusion speed.If the infusion rate of error is toolarge,it will affect the desired effect of the treatment.In addition, In addition, the infusion ofartificial guardianship also prone to abnormal, can not be found after the completion of theinfusion, and so on, these are the factors that endanger the lives of patients.This paper is the application of medical network,we abandon the traditional manualmonitoring methods,and use the remote monitoring system,The system consists of amonitoring center and several monitoring terminals,through the Zigbee technology andembedded technology of combining the design methods of implementation. Infusionmonitoring terminal to complete data collection, and transfer to the monitoring center bywireless.Monitoring center can display multiple patient beds infusion information. Whenthe patient is not in smooth infusion or infusion is completed, it can give instructions andalarming to alert nurses to deal with related processing.ZigBee energy saving, reliable, lowcost, short time, the network is simple, safe, and other advantages, can reliably send signalsto a local area network and ensure its transmission efficiency, application in this field isvery appropriate. The study CC2530-based control chip, using IEEE802.15.4protocol, thesensor nodes collect data information transmitted over the network structure of the star tothe central node, the central node and PC communication, real-time display and thencollected by the Labview data.the research from the current method of monitoring the medical industryinfusion,using wireless sensor network technology, through comparative analysis of several common distance wireless communication, in this research based on ZigBeewireless communication mode is selected, effectively abandoned the other wireless the wayin the field of shortcomings and deficiencies. Under terms of data collection-bit machine,after analyzing the various infusion monitoring methods, integrated decided to use pulsecounting method, using infrared sensors as sensitive device. Taking into account theinfusion dropper shape design, so use infrared tube generates a pulse signal. Finally, thesensor nodes, the coordinator node to transfer data to the host computer to handle, completedaily monitoring. PC monitoring software is used to complete the development of NILabview, a graphical display interface, human-computer interaction is good. The entiresystem to meet the medical infusion monitor the daily work process.
