The vibration parameters of mechanical equipment are of great relevance as one of the important parameters for judging their health status,its accurate and effective measurement.Nowadays,traditional mechanical equipment is usually wired vibration monitoring,this way there are cumbersome wiring,poor scalability,poor flexibility and other shortcomings,for the above possible problems,ZigBee wireless sensing network technology applied to the vibration monitoring of mechanical equipment,CC2530 microcontroller and MMA8451 triaxial accelerometer,design a low-power,high-reliability wireless sensing network vibration monitoring system,the system with multi-hop self-organizing network to establish a wireless sensing network,which can monitor vibration data in real time,to achieve wireless real-time vibration monitoring of mechanical equipment,thus validating the applicability of wireless sensing network vibration monitoring system in the field of mechanical equipment vibration monitoring.The main areas of research in this paper are as follows:(1)Designed and put forward the composition,function requirements,technical requirements and other aspects of the wireless sensor network mechanical vibration monitoring system,and formulated a detailed plan based on this.Based on the ZigBee protocol,the Z-Stack protocol stack is used to develop the system and establish a reliable model of the wireless network;(2)Designed the hardware of wireless network server and wireless data acquisition node.The wireless network server is composed of CC2530 microcontroller and peripheral circuits,power modules,serial port modules,etc.The wireless data acquisition node is composed of CC2530 microcontroller and peripheral circuits,power modules,triaxial the acceleration sensor MMA8451 consists of.(3)The IAR development platform and C language are used to design the lower computer software,which realizes the functions of ZigBee wireless sensor network formation,periodic collection of acceleration values,and wireless transmission and serial port transmission.Using the VS2012 development platform,SQL Server database and C # language to complete the software design of the host computer monitoring center,it realizes the functions of serial port connection,database connection,real-time display and storage of acceleration values,and remote distribution of sampling frequency.(4)Detailed test and analysis of the designed vibration acceleration collection system based on wireless network server,including sensor collection test,ZigBee network performance test,monitoring center function test,comparative experiment,etc.The test results show that the vibration monitoring system based on ZigBee wireless sensor network can monitor the vibration of mechanical equipment well,and the system is simple,accurate,reliable and highly versatile.
