Wbs-based Project Management System Design And Implementation

Project management offers a scientific basis of achieving metrizable project in order to improve the actual transformation efficiency of enterprise projects. With the popularization of information technology, managing the project by using management software system begins to be studied both at home and abroad. The project management software which has been put into use is mostly stand-alone version allowing only a single user. Although it can effectively improve project management and is convenient for the management personnel to use, these systems can neither meet the rapid development of the project nor deal with the increasingly complicated management of the modern project. Meanwhile, means and methods used to manage are different because of different types of the project. The traditional project management software is developed according to some specific projects, which can not be used for other projects. The advanced concepts and scientific methods of modern project management have already appeared, but the existing project management software which simply completes the development of software has not included these elements and it makes information technology unable to play its role in it.In this paper, how to introduce information technology into the project management system and realize the information management of the project will be discussed by combining with Internet technology and actual project, and studying the design and development of B / S framework of the project management system and careful analysis of the difficultiesThrough the research on existing types of project management system and analysis, this paper constructs WBS-based project management system that can automatically adapt to the needs of any project by showing the characteristics of different types of projects and it will give the solutions to the project information management and effective service in project management by regulating and managing the project.In the process of actual development system, Oracle database is used as the support of background date.
