Now more and more industries are computer-based management technology for enterprise management, largely in the form of this phenomenon, thanks to the rapid development of information technology. This phenomenon is particularly reflected in the power industry fully. With the continuous development of China’s power industry, based on the way a lot of the original manual management has been unable to keep up with the basic requirements of the enterprise, so the power industry companies are trying to use the new automated enterprise management to replace the traditional management. The degree of development of our country in this respect is far below the international advanced level, developed countries have long used the computer management techniques and information management technology project management, and some have even reached the virtualization and network management standards.Articles main job is to design and developed a management system for the power industry. Through this system hope to all of the power sector projects into information management projects, and ultimately a variety of data on the project, a variety of information in real time for writing, processing and query functions, so fine and real-time tracking the advanced level management. The first part introduces the background and significance of the topic, a brief description of their research at home and abroad, and some mainstream project management system to do a brief introduction, detailed discussion of how to develop this type of system. Then the text needs to do an analysis of the system, through activity diagrams, use case diagram form of the system use cases and actors do one explanation, and generally on the system’s various modules and the corresponding function is simple to do introduction. System design using object-oriented design approach is the way, in addition to a combination of UML-related methods, the use of assembly language interface to the system one by one the various displays; Finally, the system is designed to make the performance and functionality testing, and the final run results are displayed.Thesis designed system has entered the stage of practical application, through practical application shows that the system could achieve the established objectives of the function, which can effectively for the content of power engineering projects for automated management, greatly emancipated employees workload, improve enterprise efficiency.
