Design And Implementation Of Energy Project Management System For Datang Xinjiang Power Generation Co., Ltd.

With the improvement of China's infrastructure construction, Xinjiang energy project becomes the important initiative of national energy project deployment. How to improve energy project management according to the quality of construction management of energy projects and energy enterprises has become the key to the improvement of enterprises' business performance.Aiming at the above background and taking the project of energy construction project of Datang Xinjiang Power Generation Co., Ltd as the research object, this paper has designed and implemented the energy construction project management system in detail. In the process of the research, a detailed investigation of current energy project management system of Datang Xinjiang Power Generation Co., Ltd is carried out and the existing problems are analyzed in detail, the function planning and design of energy project management system, which is especially designed for Datang Xinjiang Power Generation Co., Ltd, has been put forward in this paper aiming at the existing problems. Meanwhile, the design ideas and specific programs of energy project management system are proposed combining with current situation of Xinjiang area, and the feasibility of this scheme is demonstrated from multiple perspectives, then the architecture and function modules of the system are planned and designed after determining its feasibility. The design of E-R diagram and data dictionary is completed, and the system database tables are planned and designed in specific, finally the function modules of the system is tested in detail. And a detailed test of the implemented system is conducted, during which the deficiencies can be found out and modified timely. Thus the whole research of the system can be completed.Through development of the system, the efficiency of energy project construction management of Datang Xinjiang Power Generation Co., Ltd is actually improved. The time of project reporting and approval is shortened and the quality of project management is increased. Moreover the overall efficiency of Datang Xinjiang Power Generation Co., Ltd is advanced effectively.
