Employees play a major role in the company. The technical capacity of staff is a key factor in the production of company. Advanced training and learning methods are of great importance for company to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness. At present, the coal chemical outside training and operating system still remains the teaching methods of the "hands by hands". The final assessment of the effectiveness of training also tend to stay in the exam. The built-in problem is not synchronous learning and assessment. In addition, the method does not achieve the desired goals.Virtual reality is an emerging visualization technology in computer science. Virtual reality which has a strong represent skills and excellent interactivity, can provide customers a realistic, workable virtual scene. Virtual reality technology has been applied in urban planning, industrial design, heritage restoration, military simulation and other fields. It has achieved good practical results. The traditional training method can not meet the current needs of digital factory, so the more efficient and more technical content of new training methods need to be build.The virtual outside training and operating system is an integration of virtual reality,3D geographical information technology, computer network technology, database technology implementation. It has achieved the transformation of the way for virtual training applications. The research provides a vivid example for a digital outside training in the coal chemical industry.The virtual outside training and operating system use 3DSMAX platform to build the training scene. The point, line, surface, volume and material requirements of device models are classified separately in accordance with the norms of coal chemical modeling, and ultimately build standards-compliant device models. In addition, according to the current electronic devices drawings, batch-oriented analytical modeling of pipes and valves. The way not only ensure the accuracy of modeling, but also save the time and cost.The virtual outside training and operating system can support the training of three-dimensional scenes for preparation coal, gasification, conversion and black water device. The user can select the first-person perspective of roaming in the scene, including the mouse and keyboard to control the way for walking. Users can also learning and assessing in accordance with custom requirements, including the process of revising the order relationship, maps, flow rate, etc. Users can make use of python script to edit the operation of the valve, the device is turned on or off according to training courses in three-dimensional forms.The virtual outside training and operating system select i4-Factory platform as the basis for three-dimensional interactive scene with the constructed device. Finally, based on the Oracle database management and ActiveX control technology, we achieved our goal, rendering three-dimensional virtual scene on the website and the online virtual real-time, interactive three-dimensional training.
