Virtual Reality (VR) is one of important techniques in computer advanced skillful field,it can serve for many fields,such as Spaceflight,Medicine,Special training,Campaign rehearsing,Shopping and Architecture, etc. Although VR is not mature now, it has been applied to practice in abroad,and it does need a long time to use VR practically in a large scale. This paper studied the technologic characteristics and implementation of training system,and confirmed the approach to realize the training system.The paper regard the practical working process of the second oil extraction factory's underwell oil production as a model,and realized a complete underwell virtual training system on micro-computer platform. By using the training system ,we altered the traditional teaching model of master worker-to-apprentice and teacher-to-student By using lifelike substitutes of real objects, setting up dynamics model and joining certain mutual operation, trainees can make exact imitation in dangerous environment .The virtual system has an characteristic of allowance of mistakes and this can make the trainees experience something that can not be met in the reality.The paper introduced two large VR development software : MultiGen and OpenGVS , and depictioned the software performance,module function and so on,analysed and compared strong points and weak points.All these has provided a strong foundation for the future development.Establishing the model is an important tache,After introducing vision building and scene transforming,it introduces the vision modeling technology,including Geometric Modeling,Inematic Modeling, Physical Modeling,Object Behavior Modeling and Model Segmentation .At the end part of the paper, it give an exampleof DQ253-5 paker to discuss how to build model with MultiGen,and discuss the key techniques and problems during the building models.After the overall analyse,the paper introduced how to control scene by Visual C++ and OpenGVS. It provides the detail of the 3D engine devise,holding model to scene ways,model control function and more channel implement,at the same time ,by combining theory research ,it provided the key implement techniques.
