Virtual Reality is a new technology of computer field, which has been used in kinds of fields and acquired better effects. This paper taking an example of virtual electronic training system, introduces design and implementing menthods of electronic training system based on virtual reality, and 3Dimensions model creating, 3Dimensions scene creating & controlling and so on.Whether virtual environment is good or not, is decided mainly by whether virtual scene creating is good or not. First, virtual scene creating need create 3Dimensions model, 3Dimensions model creating is the base of virtual training system implemention, also is an important researching content of virtual vision creating technology. 3Dimensions models of this system are created by 3DS MAX5. 0. and this paper introduces the main 3Dimensions Model creating technologies and methods of 3DS MAX5.0, and problems and solving methods of model creating process.The fidelity of 3Dimensions models which are created by 3DS MAX5.0 is better, but interaction is. not better. 3Dimensions scenes creating of this system is based on ASE file type. In Vc++environment , OpenGL calls 3D MAX models, and deals with light, materalfetexture, to. create 3Dimensions scenes, and implements scene control, interaction, collision detection. Put forward several kinds of system optimizing methods. This paper introduces the process of 3D MAX models input OpenGL, interaction, and implemention of the bounding box collision detection methods, and illustrates the process and technology of system optimizing methods such as multi-display list , double buffer, system startging speed and screen shaking removed when mouse moving.By application of this virtual electronic training system, trainees can not only learn knowledges, but also train skills. Danger of operation in electricity of traditional training is reduced. And unnecessary loss is decreased and get better training effects.
