With unceasing development of Ningbo Mingzhou Chemical Co., Ltd, constant development of management technology and increasingly popularity of computer networking technology, backward management mode, to a certain extent, has restricted progressive pace of enterprise. Design of human resource management system that is suitable for the enterprise is the enterprise’s new train of thought. This system describes new method and new train of thought of human resource of Ningbo Mingzhou Chemical Enterprise, which has, to a certain extent, offered certain support and supplement for enterprise’s reform and information construction of human resource management.This thesis first makes analysis of development status of foreign and domestic enterprise human resource management system. By combining practical situation of enterprise development, it makes analysis and research of human resource management system and existing problems of this enterprise; it designs a modern, real-time, high-efficient, simple and safe network human resource management system in combination of current business requirements and targets.By adopting B/S mode under mode that is suitable for LAN to conduct system development and taking JSP as development tool of front platform and SQLServer2000 as database of backstage, this system carries on research on demand analysis, overall design, detailed design, encoding, and test and system maintenance according to procedure of software engineering. With application of cascade development model, it expounds system design, database design and function module design, etc. in details.At last, this thesis makes brief discussion on current obtained achievements and direction for improvement. This system now is in the test phase, the running condition is good and has reached expected effect and researched objective and given better play in human resource management in Ningbo Mingzhou Enterprise. It realizes intelligence, high efficiency and real time of works such as daily human resource arrangement and human resource management, improves cohesion and vitality of the enterprise, which makes the enterprise possess stronger competitive advantage in market competition.
