Design And Implementation Of Performance Management Information System Of Electric Power Enterprises

Performance management is the theme of enterprise management, efficient performance management is the core of enterprise development. For enterprises, how to guide the whole company to push on work better and more comprehensive,performance management plays a pivotal role in it, and performance evaluation is one of the important means for enterprises to achieve fine management.At present, there are still some enterprises and companies using the traditional manual operation and papery forms to carry out performance evaluation, communication and feedback of departments and employees. This will lead to the complexity of performance evaluation, difficulty in consulting, low efficiency and other problems, and it will affect the execution of the employees and departments, and thus hinder the whole company to carry out the work.In order to make the excitation and constraint of performance management work better, we need to change the original paper-based way of performance evaluation, to realize the electronization and informatization of performance management, and to promote the standardization, normalization and scientification of performance management.The design and implementation of the performance management information system said in the paper is based on the A Electric Power Company by using information technology.This paper has developed a performance management information system of electric power enterprises, designed by B/S mode, based on Oracle10 g database as a persistent storage medium, using Java language to program and taking the combinative structure of MVC, Hibernate ORM and Spring,. The main functions of the system include the monthly performance evaluation, the annual performance evaluation and the system management etc.This article analyzed the system requirements according to the practice of the A Electric Power Company fist, and then made a design of the general situation, functional module and database of the system. On this basis, the article expounded the realization of the system from three aspects, including the implementation process, the code and the operation interface. Finally the paper explained the testing and deployment of the system.After testing we find that the system can meet the real demand of the A Electric Power Company’s performance management, with high stability. The system runs well at present, in the electric power enterprise, the goal of carrying out performance appraisal management conveniently in the way of computerization and informatization has been reached, and the system worked as intended.
