Design And Implementation On Information Management Systems Of Power Equipment Manufacturing Enterprise

Information management is a method of promoting the enterprise’s technology innovation, management innovation and system innovation. It is going to be a strategic choice for enterprise enlarging and strengthening. With the end of high growth of the grid construction, supply-demand relationship changes a lot. Through the construction of information management, the power equipment manufacturing enterprise will change the traditional management model, and enhance the enterprise’s management level and competitiveness.This dissertation starts with the requirements of information management of the power equipment manufacturing enterprise, and integrates the stage theory of development of information management system, information strategy and information integration theory at home and abroad. This study proposes the management information of power equipment manufacturing enterprise must be according to the characteristics of their own industry,and design a suitable information application system, combined with the goal of enterprise development strategy. The power equipment manufacturing enterprise should establish and implement a comprehensive information management. Meanwhile, the enterprise should conceive the information management support system adapt to the enterprise information, including organizational structure based on changes in business processes, establishing a people-centered corporate information culture and information personnel training mechanism, achieving management of the knowledge and information resources, etc.This dissertation is researching the construction of power equipment manufacturing enterprise’s management information model and performance evaluation index mode. Also, this study provides a plan which combines the qualitative and quantitative analysis, based on principal component analysis and hierarchical analysis. This research can fulfill the theory system of power equipment manufacturing enterprise’s information management, and provide a support for the construction of power equipment manufacturing enterprise’s information management system.
