In order to meet the demand of power industry development, the overall quality of the electricity enterprise workforce needs to be improved, but the national vocational education and training resources are relatively insufficient. This thesis analyzes the demand and the power of the electricity business training employees need to have what kind of professional accomplishment, introduced the training status of the power companies and the difficulties facing this as a breakthrough, to explore the power enterprises optimal training combination, given the organizational structure of the reference to the form of training to enhance the skills of employees of the electricity and combined with practical work experience.The thesis proposes recommendations on the improvement and development of front-line staff training and rectification measures, through repeated practice to develop a new management system to improve the traditional management system in accordance with the actual situation of the domestic significantly speeding up the infrastructure of power companies, and proposed training model "pioneered" the formation of the characteristics of the system enables employees to get the opon field of vision in the online learning, quality development, the formation of a fully integrated screen on the basis, remote training methods, based on the set of training and evaluation as one of the intelligent training management system.The problems according to the conventional training management system, we solve functional operation of the system buttons to easily be hidden and the duplication of data to submit questions, to optimize the query system to further optimize the user experience of the power train management system in Zhejiang, such as staff spaces query error, and the result set serial number statistics, on the basis of the original system to add training to the implementation of the monitoring, running data monitoring function, to make the system more perfect, the article repeat run classes, training courses enrollment notice is undefined, non-R3staff repeated entry and import error prompt corrective actions to prevent the loss of business data for non-R3to turn R3staff and training certificate review process monitoring. The proposed method is applied to the Zhejiang electric training Management System.
