With the rapid development of computer information management and network technology, it is widely applied in the development of enterprise informatization, especially enterprise performance management process. With the gradual increase of people’s demand for electricity service personnel, the degree of information of national electric power enterprises are increasingly high, therefore, to high quality service to meet the power companies to better demand, the need for electric power enterprise human resource optimize configuration and performance management, in order to promote the enthusiasm of work, improve work efficiency and quality of service.This thesis is based on B/S architecture, JSP technology, Javabean technology and database technology developed to achieve the performance appraisal management system, a powerful, this system mainly includes the work plan management module, basic code module, task management module, personal working platform module, the control panel module etc.. Electric power enterprise performance evaluation system after testing, deployment and operation, will effectively enhance the work efficiency and service quality, the large electric power enterprise employee recognition, speeding up the enterprise informationization process. The main work and innovation points include the following aspects: one is using B/S system architecture of three layers, effectively improve the system’s portability and usability, as long as the terminal can log on to the IE browser, operating to log in to the system; two is to standardize the electric power enterprise performance management process, process integration. The work plan, work task and performance control and assessment, on this basis, the system function of each module, the power unit of the HR department, the Department of management, shared service center construction demand. Through the system to the business sector in the integration, reduce the time the entire audit process, effectively reducing the turnaround time, saves manpower and material resources. Implementation of the solution through the whole, improve the efficiency of business processes, reduce operating costs. Three is the development and implementation of the performance appraisal system of a complete power enterprise, and has carried on the test, the system test results show that the performance evaluation system has good practicability and maintainability.
