The Design And Implementation Of Zhongshan College Document Management Information System

In recent years, with the popularity of Internet technology, information technology has developed rapidly. For businesses or institution, enhanced the application of information technology means that companies gain the upper hand in a competitive market environment. In the enterprise or institution, the application of information technology is mainly reflected in the daily office and business management, this is what people call the office automation system.Business workflow is the core of the document management information system. Document management information system in the market generally includes organizational structure setting module, the personnel authority module, document sending module, document receipt module, business process setting module, process monitoring module, document reminder module and more. Most of document management system is based on Internet B/S structure. Example:Microsoft.NET, J2 EE, workflow systems. They both are the system architecture in using MVC three-tier structure.This paper based on the system demand analysis,it use of object-oriented software engineering theory, first identified the problem domain of the system, identified participator and use cases, and then to create their object model, dynamic model, functional model, which helps developers quickly to identify the system users, and the system development purposes, and requirements related functions. This paper embodies the advantages of low coupling between functional modules,and high cohesion inside functional modules, which to make the system more stable and better suited to system development maintenance in future. Then this paper describes workflow design, system features modular design, database design and other aspects, the author believe that the three modulars to describe the system’s business layer, control layer, the database layer. This paper has described SSH and JBPM4 workflow system, J2 EE platform and how to develop, to achieve the system integration, so that make the system more efficient development, business process more scientific and reasonable.This paper is mainly studied for the College document management information system. By deploying and installing the system at the academy, can solve the long-standing between departments within the college Office updates are not synchronized, poor coordination, and other issues and there are plenty of office, but larger school management level. This thesis has important reference value for the workflow engine development systems.
