Under the present background of economic globalization, the enterprise has more dependence on the gain of interior information and exterior information, thus how to obtain the effective data information promptly and accurately has become the key for the enterprise to formulate the policy-making. The human resources management has gradually been valued by the enterprise superintendents, data analysis and data excavation of human resources is important process to enterprise superintendent managing the talented person, using the talented person, fully manoeuvring their enthusiasm for work. In the 'knowledgeable' era, under the condition of knowledge economy, the enterprise orientation has already been transformed to human source orientation, the human resource has in deed become the first resource to enterprises, also was the most important motivity for enterprise's value creation.The analysis and the excavation of the enterprise's human resources data have played a huge support role to the enterprise superintendent's policy-making analysis ability. Along with development of the human resources management idea and unceasing progress of Web technology, the human resources management system of generation III has some different with former ones. The human resources system integrated the formidable reporting tool, not only has the visualization, the interaction, the timely characteristic of reporting, and provides the huge convenient of work for the enterprise superintendents, the HR personnel and the staff, and meets their business demand.This article, through an development-experience share of human resources management system, and unifies the question which we meets in the application process of JReport, unfurl the present progress situation of enterprise's intelligent application aspect in the reporting module.
