With the soaring development of real estate industry, there are a large mass of geographic human and managerial information about it. It’s increasing difficulty to implement the industrial macroscopic readjustment and control. The width depth and difficulty of management is also increasing. The business of real estate management are becoming increasingly diversified, which demands that the management system of information should not only achieve the integration of the geographic, human and managerial features of the estate through two-Dimensional graphics, but also show the relevant business of the real estate management through 3D graphic. This will achieve the function of comprehensive “management of the house through pictures and graphs”. At the same time to the public through a public platform to provide friendly interface intuitive 3D block in the supervision, the real estate of all kinds of information query in order to improve the transparency of government business. As the 3D GIS techonology becomes more mature, it is an irresistable trend to introduce the 3D GIS system into real estate information management to achive the 3D graphic management of real estate business.Based on the 3D GIS property management information system as the engineering background, with Oracle and ArcGIS platform, studies the real estate information management system based on 3D GIS main research contents include the design and implementation of article:⑴Analysis of real estate information management system requirements and 3D GIS construction, made specific system development goals.⑵According to the construction requirements, analysis of the construction of a 3D GIS technology platform combined with the construction and real estate business plan, and the acquisition and integration of spatial information processing methods housing data were studied, and the relevant theoretical basis for system implementation and technical support.⑶Established using ArcSDE spatial database engine to store and manage real estate information database and triple model space map data- data layer, logic layer, application layer to construct the system architecture.⑷Construction of the two-dimensional, 3D model of real estate streetscape achieve thematic map analysis of real estate information, integrated query statistics.⑸Published by ArcGIS Server map services and management to achieve a public inquiry WEB browser.
