| In recent years, the development of real estate companies is getting tough. Plenty of problems which exists among operational management gradually exposed. Nowadays, the real estate companies should focus on how to break the bottleneck of the development and strengthen the core competitive advantage. ERP is emphasis on fulfilling optimisation of resource distribution of both internal and external. Therefore, it enhances the efficiency of entire operating and provides overall information solution. As a result, It is a mutual concern for both real estate enterprise and software, application service provider how to successfully apply to ERP system. In a sense, it is worth doing the research on the application of ERP system no matter it is in the theory or practice.In this paper, firstly we introduce the knowledge of real estate operational management and ERP related theories. Secondly, analysis the situation of JY real estate and ERP application in the field of real estate. Moreover, re-design and optimize of program management, sales management, and cost management three subsystem of JY real estate. Finally, we discuss the implementation and effectiveness for the application of the ERP system in JY real estate of Jiangsu. |
