Using computer and network technology and scanningtechnologies, according to the needs of the real estate management functions of thebusiness day-to-day office, establishing e-government platform of real estatemanagement, in order to achieve the standardization of the management of real estatethe business and scientific is great significance to improve office efficiency andconvenience for the masses.Shenyang Tiexi District is a larger population and wider area district. In order toachieve standardization and security of the management of the housing registration andtransactions, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of property rights andtransactions, Tiexi Real Estate Board takes specified property management approach inaccordance with the instructions of the superior’s institutions. This thesis is based on theReal Estate Information management practice of Tiexi District Real Estate Board anduse Java language to design a real estate information and business management systemand use Swing technology to design client interface, using JDBC technology to connectto the database and other operation to SQL Server2005database for data storagemanagement. The system using software standards process to develop, mainly consistsof real estate information management, property registration and management functions,property rights transaction management functions, mortgage management functions,other registration and management, basic information management, and management ofsystem settings.At last, we make the system test very carefully. Mainly test the function of systemaccording to the user’s needs. The result shows that the system developed in this thesishas meet the needs of daily real estate information and business management, andimproves work efficiency, work accuracy, while reducing the work cycle, savingmanagement costs. |
