Design And Development Of Real Estate Appraisal Graphical Management System

The real estate industry as a pillar industry of China's national economic development plays a decisive role in economic development.With the development of the real estate development industry,real estate appraisal,transfer of the secondary market is also growing rapidly.Real Estate Appraisal is the process of real estate information as the basis for estimating,thus effectively manage real estate information is extremely important.Traditional manual management methods will spend a lot of time and manpower,real estate management a lot of inconvenience.With the development of computer software and network technology,real estate appraisal industry,there have been many real estate assessment of project management softwares,but most of them can only be used to manage the attribute data not for the spatial data.Fews are based GIS,to achieve the integration management for spatial data and attribute data,but the extensions are limited,and can not make data sharing in time.For the non-professional users,it's complicated for they to install professional GIS platform software client.Using WebGIS technology can solve the above problems,this will allow users using a browser to access the designated URL to use the specialized GIS functions.This would avoid installing GIS software platform for the non-professional users.Based on the above analysis,this paper use ArcGIS Server,ArcSDE and ArcGIS API for Javascript technology to achieve the design and development of the real estate assessment graphical management system.The system includes attribute query system,node editing graphic elements,the main function of the deleted object,spatial orientation and layer control.Using SQL Server databases to store and manage attribute data.Using ArcGIS Server to publish map services and feature services.The map service is to display map layers and other basic data,elements and the feature services can support the real estate appraisal business data CRUD operations.Then access to the published data by calling the ArcGIS API for Javascript.By using ASP.NET WEB API to publish attribute data services,and to query attribute data,and to update the attribute data.The system uses the Dojo object-oriented development model,to achieve the spatial positioning data query functions.This system take the good advantages of WebGIS applications,make the operation more automaticly,providing a reference for the development of related systems.
