Research On The Management Strategy Of Real Estate Registration Files In China

On March 1,2015,the "Provisional Regulations on Registration of Real Estate" was formally implemented.All over the country,pilot reforms of real estate registration have been implemented.The real estate registration file is the precondition and key to the effective implementation of the real estate registration system.It will directly affect the implementation of the real estate registration mechanism and has far-reaching significance.The establishment of real estate registration files can clarify the ownership of property rights,protect the legitimate rights and interests of real estate owners,improve the efficiency of real estate transactions,query on a platform,protect the interests of well-intentioned third parties,and promote tax reform.At present,there are still a series of problems in the management of archives of real estate registration in China.These problems can be summarized into several aspects,such as difficulty in merging of management agencies,difficulty in integrating archives information,and difficulty in unifying related services.The road to real estate registration records management still has a long way to go.In response to these problems,corresponding safeguard measures are proposed to promote the reform of the real estate registration records management system so that the reform can release a bigger dividend.The research content of this article is composed of five parts.The first part mainly discusses the four aspects of the background and research significance,the status of domestic research,research ideas and methods,and the innovation of the research.The second part mainly analyzes the background,connotation and procedure of real estate registration,and briefly introduces the characteristics and value of real estate registration archives.The third part mainly analyzes the problems in the management of real estate registration archives and the reasons behind them.The fourth part introduces the main body of the real estate registration archives management,the management mode and the subject of inquiry and utilization.Through the introduction,it introduces the safeguard measures for the management of the real estate registration files.The fifth part is the concluding remarks,mainly looking forward to the development of real estate registration archives,in order to play a greater value in the future social life.
