Real estate information management system (REIMS) can effectively plan and control many key elements, such as, information flow, logistics, capital flow, business flow and the value of entire real estate projects, by the modern enterprise management technology, the information technology and the integration technology. Therefore, REIMS can gether the customer, the design companies, the construction companies, the suppliers, the vendors, the property management companies, the service providers and the other partners into a complete chain structure, which could establish a database of suppliers for the real estate business to build a comprehensive vendor management platform for the company to share internal information and unified management of suppliers and achieve the management of supplier information anytime and anywhere.In this paper, the implementation of REIMS vendor is studied:Firstly, the technologies used on the software system implementation have been studied: using JAVA as the core of the technological development line of the REIMS; using the B / S three-tier technology as the framwork of the REIMS; using the J2EE development platforms; using the IBatis data-reading and Oracle database system.Secondly, according to the specific needs of its own real estate company, based on the latest Internet technology, real estate enterprise vendors'information management system has been designed and developed, which include nine functional modules as follows:(1) Enterprise information portal, which can provide the single sign-on capabilities and operating platform; (2) Organizational management, which can provide the dynamic management for the business organizations and personnel authority; (3) Supplier management, which can provide the sourcing certification, maintenance from suppliers and impeccable evaluation system of supplier; (4) The project management functions, which can straighten out whole idea of the operation for the project network management; (5) Product catalog management is the fundamental link between real estate companies and suppliers, which can provide the standardizing classification suppliers'products and establishing a product catalog; (6) Bidding procurement management functions of the core of system, which can provide the whole process of bidding: including the procurement planning, the pre-tender notice, the supplier pre-qualification, the tender documentation, the issue of bidding documents, the pre-tender, the evaluation, the lowering prices, the calibration, the picketage, the contract and the other bidding process control standards; (7) Contract information management, which can provide the record, classify, and search the signed contract; (8) Leadership decision analysis, which can produces various reports based on user requirements for decision analysis; (9) The system management, which can set routine system maintenance and data dictionary. According to the development of these modules, a software system for real estate companies has been actually put into use.Thirdly, on account of the data of enterprise suppliers involved belonging to confidential data need to be kept confidential; the security system has been built up. The system is actually deployed security measures in the end, such as safety system design software, network systems, hardware systems, anti-virus system and method of data backup systems.
