| This system is a comprehensive performance evaluation management system for the Shandong tobacco companies to develop, in order to comprehensive assessment of each index, quantitative performance evaluation as the core. To help Shandong tobacco companies to improve the management system, incentive mechanism, improve the enthusiasm of the staff, so as to enhance the tobacco companies operating performance. The performance appraisal system should meet the different levels of user management needs, to provide more help for the tobacco companies. System consists of system home page, the rule set, appraisal process, statistical analysis, comprehensive information of the five modules and a plurality of small module organic composition, both to support customers to implement standardized performance management cycle, also support the assessment evaluation and vote scoring multiple evaluation mode, and can guide the customer to gradually standardize the management, flexible performance appraisal can support. Its development mainly includes two aspects:the background of the establishment and maintenance of database and front-end application development.This system adopts B/S mode, using VISUAL STUDIO.NET2008as the development platform of the system development, C#as a development language, the background using SQL Server2005as the database management system. The contents of this paper in accordance with the actual development process writing. This paper introduces the whole development process of the comprehensive performance evaluation system of Shandong tobacco companies, is designed according to the thought of software engineering, including problem definition, feasibility study, demand analysis, system design, system detail design. |
