At present, the information technology has become one of the corporate strategy development goals, it is become a powerful forces for the enterprise competition,especially for power Industry. To be make an Important role for human resources in enterprise,we must use them scientific, standardized and automated. So, as an lifeblood of the nation, power companies must make full uses of their human resources, and the most critical factor is the use for information technology. The only way for power industry information development is the use of the human resources information system,and the system will be make the human resources work efficient.The thesis make the human resource management basic features of the Quanzhou Electric Power Company and the actual needs of the project as an entry point, and make use of the software engineering theory to find system demand, confirm the structure and function of the system, at last achieve the system test. And the specific steps as follows: First, set up the needs analysis team, make use of the requirements analysis methods and theories to find system demand, confirm the feasibility. Convent the reality demands to the models, and enter to the system design step if the models be confirmed; Second, design the system architecture, specific functions and database.At last, enter to the system implementation and testing step, make sure the system will be work efficient.The system use browser / server(B / S) structure, use the lightweight J2 EE development framework SSH, and use the popular "JDK1.6 + Tomcat6.0 + MyEclipe8.0" development platform and Oracle9 i Database. The system will establish a unified human resource data sources for enterprise, and help the manager of the enterprise to implement human resources management and plan. It will reduce the workload of human resource managers greatly when the system used in the enterprise, and make management to electronic and information technology. The electronic information management model, will have more space and more broad application prospects in the future.
