With rapid development of science and technology, human beings have entered age of knowledge economy. Enterprises face the trend of internationalization. Human resources management in enterprise management becomes more and more important in process of globalization. Especially, enterprise core competition is the quality of talents and how to reasonable use talent competition. Enterprise human resources management present situation of human resource information system satisfies the requirements for enterprise development needs.This system is aimed Hangzhou talent network technology Co., LTD. Based on present situation of its human resources management and problems of enterprise, we do some analysis about human resource management process and other information, and coordinate with enterprise employees for many times to do our demand analysis and system analysis. According to software engineering process, we conducted a systematic analysis and outline design, and then do the final system realization and system tests. The whole process obtained high praise from the enterprise, and it has been put successfully into use.This system is developed on .NET and ASP.NET for development platform, using C# language and SQL 2005 database systems and other related technology. Besides, this system is based on B/S development mode to convenient the users'access to system, at the same time we design system roles of system personnel to ensure system security.This system can provide users with convenient trading conditions and trading environment for enterprises. It can greatly improve management efficiency and level of human resources management. The whole system can interface clearly, function completely. System put into use can achieve stability, security after the state.
