In order to improve the level and ability of human resource management and improve the efficiency of management in human resources management,and improve the assessment and evaluation mechanism in human resources management,this paper studies the human resources management of human resources management.This paper studies the strategy of human resources management and the application of big data technology in human resource management.On the basis of fully investigating of human resource management strategy and human resource management information system,by integrating and optimizing the related functions of the existing human resources management system,so the newly built system is more complete in function,and higher efficiency in operation.Because of the difficulty of data collection and the limitation of data processing ability,traditional human resource management system faced severe challenge in the rapidly expanding Internet environment.In this paper,the human resources management system is setup under the criterion of SSH framework.At the same time,big data technology is introduced into the construction of the system,which makes the data collection and processing more powerful,thus making it possible to provide accurate service for employees and get the latest management skills and measures,thereby promoting the development of enterprises.Firstly,in this paper,the human resources management system is summarized,and described the human resource management strategy and management system research status and hot and difficult content,and point out the lack of human resources management system.Secondly,combining with the current human resource management,providing customized services to employees has become a hot issue.To provide customized services for employees,it is necessary to collect employee information as much as possible so as to provide more accurate services for employees.In the Internet environment,the large amount of data collected,the conventional way cannot be quickly and efficiently processed,which introduced a large data technology for large amounts of data collection,processing and persistence.Through the research of demand,function design and system testing,this paper has satisfied the general method and steps of software design,which is helpful to develop more stable application system.This system is a dynamic Web system,which utilizes JSP and Servlet technology to develop the system into a dynamic Web system.All user data can be updated in time and effectively,and the related records are displayed to the users.Finally,the system is tested according to the basic methods and theories of software testing to verify whether the system meets the needs of response and the basic standards of software engineering,such as functionality,security and so on.
