Based On B/S Of The Small And Medium-Sized Enterprise Enters Sells Saves The System Design And Implementation

With the development of science and technology, more and more people tend to use computers to handle businesses and affairs. Computers also expand to the fields of goods management. The increasingly improved living standard contributes to the increase in both the variety and the number of goods, thus making how to manage these goods quite an issue. The paper focuses on the study about the current inventory management system, followed by the investigation about the actual needs of enterprises. Concerning the enterprises’ needs and the problems existing in the system, the paper designed and realized a management system aiming at enterprises of tiny and medium size.To do the research, this article applies the NET technology, SQL SERVER database, AJAX technology and VS 2005 integrated developing environment. The functions of the realized system include systematic management, product management, inventory management, financial management, sales management, wholesale management, after-sale management, spare parts management, staff management, customer management and other functions such as personal settings.First of all, the paper introduces the present condition of inventory management system and relative researching backgrounds. Chapter two describes the key technologies of developing this system. The third chapter analyzes the requirements, including both functional and non-functional ones, with its feasibility analyzed. Chapter four gives a detailed description about the system’s design and realization. Finally, the realized system goes through a test.The paper mainly focuses on the design and implement of the invoicing system. First of all, it introduces the system’s overall design. In the following section, it gives a detailed description of the system’s design and implement in modules, showing the system’s flow chart, web interface and timing diagram, in addition with a thorough introduction of the implementing process. Finally, the paper concentrates on the introduction of the database, gives the whole E-R graph and introduces the structure of each table.After the system is completed, it is deployed on the server. Through using the feedback sent by enterprises, the implemented system is able to satisfy the needs of enterprises.
