According to the characteristics of the media, some media maybe more suitable for the vertical transmission of communication of time, the other maybe more fit for the lateral spread of knowledge of space. The Time-Bias or Space-Bias of media have an invisibility significant impact on it exist civilization, and the stability of the empire needs the appropriate balance of time and space conception. As one of the four great civilization cradle, China is the only civilization without interruption. There will be no Roman after national subjugation, but Chinese history and culture is still continue after its unceasing change dynasties. As MuQian said, it is the most valuable and most resistant topic to study for Chinese history. This research is trying to make some negligible discussion on this issue from the angle of the Journalism and Communication, considering the Confucianism System of Ethics and Morals provides time control for the duration of Chinese civilization, while the emergence of script, the invention of paper and printing, the establishment of domiciliary and land system and the construction of transportation provide the foundation for the extension of it. Therefore, the Chinese civilization possesses the hyperstable structure from balance of the canceling each other, and show wide and broad mind with compatibility. With this theoretical framework, the paper will analyzing some problem of Chinese society and world civilization due to the new media.
