Network Media’s Moral Decline And Construction

With the rapid development of internet technology,the prevalence rate of network becomes higher.But the lack of responsibility on network media are more and more serious.The ethics dictionary published in October 2002 includes the new term "of network morality",it’s set rules what moral code of conduct must be needed In the development, design and application of computer information networks.The present situation of the research at home and abroad are applied at the beginning.And then analyzed the performance of the social responsibility decline ethics from several aspects.Through these performances,we explore the reasons of these performances.In the last part of the paper,offer some advice from different perspectives and conclude with my personal recommendation.Network media’s social is a necessity of sustainable development on media,an inexorable trend of the times,and an objective requirement of social development. Firstly,Seen from the practice of the network media who shoulders social responsibility,the network media in China has made significant progress and valuable exploration. However, there still exist social responsibility decline,phenomenon and the general level is not high.By analyzing the reasons why the phenomenon Appears and learning from some theories of relative media’s social responsibility aboard,it can be found the network media in China should establish social responsibility consciousness, enhance the ability to fulfill social responsibility continuously. Network media’s construction in ethics has been strengthened continuously by the management and supervision of government and society.
