“Professional morals hotline ”column as a bridge of communication between the people and the government, the masses demands, build a platform for the government and the public communication, negotiation. The Xinjiang people’s broadcasting station in January 2011 start and rectification of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People’s Government Office jointly run Uighur “hotline” column.
