The power of culture depends not only on the value of its own,but also on the depth and scope to which it is spread.The complete and unique theoretical system,and the positive and effective treatment of the ancient TCM,are no doubt to be the most splendid achievement of the communication history of TCM,However,due to various reasons,the weakness of communication means has become a bottleneck in the development of TCM.As now we all have entered the Internet-plus era,with the development of new media technology,the independent islands in the society are connected to each other,woven into a three-dimensional information communication network.The TCM culture has to achieve its revival in the contemporary era with the help of modern means of communication.How to make use of the booming new media technology to open the new stage of TCM culture communication is an urgent task in the field of TCM.Communication media is not only a tool for the expression and transmission of culture,but also a necessary condition for cultural heritage and development.Starting from communication,on the basis of clarifying the basic concepts of TCM culture,communication and new media,this paper systematically analyzes the media transitions of TCM,investigates the basic types and characteristics of TCM culture communication under the new media environment,and thoroughly discusses of the current difficulties and opportunities facing the TCM culture communication.Therefore,TCM practitioners should fully draw on the practical experiences of health communication and science communication,and reconstruct the value of new media communication of TCM culture.In order to give full play to the positive communication effect of TCM culture in the new media environment,it is suggested to proceed with all four aspects of government,industry,experts and audience:establish and improve the government leading of new media communication mechanism and supervisory system of TCM culture;enhance the new media industry self-regulation,constantly optimize the ecology of new media communication ofTCM culture;accelerate the process of professionalization of practitioner of TCM culture communication;put forth efforts to improve the public media literacy and TCM cultural literacy.It hopes that all these suggestions can supplies some practical directions to the development in the field of TCM culture communication in modern times,let the achievements of the development of TCM to benefit the people,and ultimately to promote the improvements of the TCM culture literacy and health condition of the whole society.
