The Research Of China And South Korea Book Copyright Trade Deficit Problem

Since 1992, China and South Korea established the diplomatic relations, especially the establishment of China-South Korea free trade area in recent years, the trade between the two countries has become more frequent, and trade scale is becoming bigger and bigger. The book copyright trade, as an important part of trade between the two countries, is developing v.ery rapidly. But in the development of the book copyright trade between the two countries still exist many problems, which influence and restrict the development of the book copyright trade. The trade deficit is one of the most important problem. In this thesis, the author takes the book copyright trade deficit problem of the two countries as the research object, trying to find out the main factors as the cause of the trade deficit.This thesis launches the research from the following several aspects. First of all, the thesis elaborates research background in the introduction part, research significance and related research status at domestic and overseas, etc. Secondly, the thesis introduces the China and South Korea book copyright trade development present situation, finding out the main characteristics existing in the process of the book copyright trade. Thirdly, by using the regression analysis model, the thesis analyzes how the four factors impact on China and South Korea book copyright trade deficit and the degree of influence. Which four factors are the economic development level, the book publishing industry development level, population by education level and the cultural background difference. Finally, in view of the book copyright trade deficit problems, and combining with empirical analysis, the thesis puts forward several countermeasures and suggestions based on two angles, which are improving the development of the book copyright industry in our country and reducing the differences between China and South Korea cultural background, for instance, build multiple books business operation model, expanding the scale of our book copyright agent industry, perfecting laws and regulations of the copyright trade in our country, develop China-South Korea cultural intersection area on the basis of confucian culture, break the China-South Korea cultural trade barriers.
