Copyright trade involves a country's many aspects, including political, economic, cultural, science and technology, etc. And it has important impact on national economic construction and culture, so it has become an indispensable trade content. After ten years'hard work, China made considerable progress in Book International Copyright Trade, including the greatly increasing of the number of copyright export, the deficit phenomenon has emerged benign trend, government's support is increasingly growing in number, and the copyright trade cooperation with foreign countries'publishing groups has obtained new success and so on..However, at the same time, we must also clearly understand that the current status of China's copyright trade is still not optimistic, there are still some constraining factors, such as the mistakes in publishing concepts and understanding, the shortages in copyright laws and regulations, the lack of original content and excellent translators, and immature mechanism in operation of publication agent, and so on. All these factors still restrict the effective output of our culture.In this thesis, based on the problems and the current status in publishing, and by combing the course and context of the development of China's copyright trade, it tried to analyze the various factors that still restrict China's foreign trade. With the relevant data, case studies and information, and on the basis of the former studies, the author would like to promote some thoughts and proposals on how to better promote Chinese culture "going out", in order to let more Chinese quality books be presented to the world, and let China be really understood.
