Radio and TV public service system is the main part of the system of public cultural services, and rural radio and TV public service system in radio and TV public service system also has a very important position. In the new situation comprehensively promote the reform of the cultural system, the construction of rural radio and TV public service system perfect, it has important significance for promoting the development and prosperity of culture. How to build suitable for China’s national conditions and in line with the radio and TV public service system in rural areas the people’s demand, is a new subject in the urgent need for research.This paper is in the background of national development of radio and television public service construction, combined with my practical problems encountered in the work, refer to the relevant information at home and abroad and Guangxi, on how to optimize the rural radio and TV public service system, with Guangxi as the case through the literature research method, comparative research method, theoretical analysis method and the empirical research method to research.This paper expounds some concepts related to radio and TV public service system, in-depth study and Discussion on radio and television public service theory, as a theoretical basis for analysis of the problem. The paper carries on the analysis to the Guangxi rural radio and TV public service system present situation, analyzes the existing problems in the construction process and the causes of the problems, experience in the construction of radio and TV public service system in the Yuri Emi country, put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization of Guangxi rural area public service broadcasting system.
