With the development of information age, the world has entered the information age of revolution.in this case, Every enterprise are try their best to make themselves informatization in order to become better,and CRM(customer Relation Management) has become an essential part of them. The CRM system, the center of which is customer management, can help the enterprises to better integrate customer resources, manage customers, and discover potential customers. Through these, the enterprises can better understand and tracke their customers, provide personalize service to them, only do these can improve the customer satisfaction largely and increase the efficiency. So the CRM System becomes more and more popular.In the existing market, there are many kinds of customers management system, which has many function module, but not fit for every enterprise.in order to solve these problems, the system which this article introduces is made especially for the enterprise to help the company to manage the customers better.This article bases on the study of CRM theory and related technology and the Software requirements analysis for the system.and determine the system scheme.Beside that, this system based on B/S, JSP, My SQL, and Tomcat are used as the tools for foreground development, background development, and server respectively. Besides these, we take full advantage of the superiority of a series of technology of J2 EE such as such as Spring + struts 2 + Hibernate framework in software development. Especially some forward-looking technology did many deep research on them, and so ensure the prospective of system on ethnology。For the design of technical structure and database structure, I also do some detailed designs, In order to better guarantee the security of customer information resources, I destined the right management module, and strengthen the effective management for the customers, which can meet the demand of different kinds of users and improve the security and reliability of the system on the basis of the demand of the target enterprise on the system development determine the function module of the system, and finish the detailed design on each function module. This system mainly contains five function modules: Customer Information Management,Competitor Information Management, Project Management, rights management and company contacts management, in which the most important module are Customer Information Management and Project Management.After rigorous test and considerable revision, all function module of the system have been finished successfully, which help enterprise to manage customers more effectively and improve the customer satisfaction greatly.
