Research Of Halal Meat Products Traceability System Based On RFId And 2-Dimensional Code Technology

In this paper, based on the national science and technology support project 9——"Beef and mutton’s RF monitoring about safety information traceability technology development". The research object is halal beef and mutton in Ningxia area. On the basis of factors affecting meat quality and safety, collecting and sorting data in the management and analysis of cattle and sheep breeding.Study of halal meat food traceability system based on RFID and QR code technologies, and combining the technology of Web Server, Database (SQL Server), and other technology, establishing traceability system application platform, implementing traceability information back with the query about halal meat food. In this paper, the concrete research contents aer as follows:(1)Through to the halal meat in the process of production and distribution, the authenticity of the halal certification information and food safety considerations, designning the overall architecture of halal meat food traceability system.By analyzing the QR Code technology in the application status of traceability system, on the basis of Ningxia YiWei halal cooking meat product traceability information, designning and generating the corresponding QR Code to the product.(2) Study the application of RFID technology in the traceability system.Using RFID label of cattle and sheep, with RFID reader read label data information and uploaded to the backend server, using the data from the animal breeding management information database of cattle and sheep breeding in the process of tracking and monitoring.(3) Design system application platform based on the system function demand, the traceability information system was established based on SQL Server 2008 Database, using JSP dynamic web development technology to design the main functions of the traceability system application platform module, and connecting to the Database through JDBC technology, realizing the function of the system application platform.This study used key technologies, completing halal meat food traceability system main function, corresponding to the practical application. This system still need to continue improving, fusing more key technologies real-time monitoring of other supply chain traceability information effectively.The extension and function of the complement system application platform, making the system service for the user better.Established the this system which will enhance the halal meat product information transparency in the process of circulation, improving the level of enterprise production and management, but also improving the safety awareness of consumers about the product and government departments to halal meat quality and safety supervision. To promote the development of animal husbandry industry in Ningxia is of far-reaching significance.
