Study On Meat Traceability System Based On Internet Of Things Technology

In recent years, the security incidents of meat occur frequently，which make people dauntingfor meat. In order to solve the problems of meat products in China, building a safe and standardizedtraceability system of meat, has become a pressing issue for us. However, the rapid development ofthe Internet of Things technology and its application in traceability system make theimplementation of meat traceability system possible.Firstly, the research background and meanings of meat traceability system are described, andthen the current research status at home and abroad is overviewed. Based on these, the content ofthis thesis is proposed according to the present situation of our country.Secondly, the theoretical knowledge of IOT (Internet of Things) and meat traceability systemare overviewed. Then the RFID and EPC encoding technology being used in meat food traceabilityprocess are researched. In addition, to manage traceability information more effectively, a simplemodel of meat traceability information is proposed. In order to solve some problems in the processof user operating the application system, a finite state machine model is raised by means of FSM.Finally, on the basis of the above analysis and research, the system architecture, entities anddatabase are designed. The user login and traceability information management module aredesigned in detail. Then this thesis develops and tests a traceability platform with the database ofMySQL and the programming language of Java under the development platform of MyEclipse8.0.
