| Developing the reading promotion activities, is conducive to the growth of juveniles, but also conducive to the development of public library. The public library as a knowledge education public welfare institutions, charged with the promotion of social reading mission; the minor is one of the readers, to promote a minor reading also ties up with public library’s own development. Therefore, the mutual relations from the interactive perspective, explore the juvenile and the library has positive significance in the development of Public Library and the growth of juveniles.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part of this paper describes the background, research results, purpose and value, content and methods and innovations.The second part analyzes the current domestic and international public library reading promotion minors. Introduced three foreign representative national reading promotion activities, including the United States, Britain and Germany; domestic mainland China and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan introduced regional reading promotion activities.
