In the 21 st century,Internet information technology and communication technology have got the unprecedented innovation and rapid development, the Network media became the most important social media quickly, because its characteristics of information spreading are huge amounts of information, fast, real-time conductivity, interactivity, openness and so on. Every Internet users can express personal views and convey persona wills freely through the network, the Internet has become a new way of expressing public opinions and supervising the government administrations, which also brought challenges to the traditional model of government crisis management. In the interactive network media environment, the government crisis public relations are being faced with a more transparent, concealing media ecological challenges. Only have fast, flexible and reasonable reactions, can the government public relations departments have enough abilities to deal with all kinds of public crisis through the network.In the first, the article cites “Malaysia Flight MH370 lost incident”, to explain the necessity and urgency of the government crisis public relations work. By using the latest data and charts, the article defining the core concepts of interactive network media, crisis public relations and government crisis management. Secondly, crisis management principle of “5 s”, the theory of the Right of Public Knowing, government image theory and public relations dissemination theory are used to provide theoretical supports for government crisis public relations. Then, this paper discusses the status quo of government crisis management, and analyzes the reasons from many different points. By listing the two typical cases and combination with crisis management principle of “5 s”, this paper evaluates the governments’ two contrast measures. At the last, this paper puts forward the government crisis public relations strategy under the Network “new normal”, and proposes some targeted personal humble opinions, in order to achieve the goal of improving the ability of the government crisis management, shaping good government image and building “sunshine government” and “service-oriented government”.The paper attaches huge importance to the combination theory with practice. In this paper, the selected cases are the hot issues of public attention in recent years,which closely combined with the latest events and national policies and has a strong targeted. The paper has a strong guiding significance for researching the government crisis public relations under the network environment.
