With the development of computer hardware, the demand of enterprises for the software and relevant equipment has been continuously increased. The processes of the development of projects have certain complexity, uncertainty and incompleteness, and the risk for software projects has become increasingly greater. Not only the project development process has problems, but also the project itself has the same problem, especially the requirements of high-performance cluster projects. To satisfy with the high performance, it would also lead to other problems, such as inconsistent data, so the risk analysis and management is particularly important to software projects. The software scale will become increasingly bigger along with the development of information, and its complexity and intelligent levels have become increasing higher. So it should focus on considering the software itself. Software project risk management is the key for the development and execution of a software project, which is an evaluation and control process for the risk in the products.Firstly, this paper bases on the discussing of software project risk management system, analyses the functional and non-functional requirement, and describes particularly the system requirement by the flow chart and use case.According to the requirement analyzing, this paper gives the system architecture design. Based on the system requirements, this paper puts up the system design goals and principles, and then separately discusses the technology and functional structures. Technology structure is about the extensibility, the maintenance and the performance of system.So this paper adopts the ODP architecture, and analyses each layer’s function. In the functional structure, this paper discusses the composition of each part, and finally puts up a dynamic system function flow.The fourth part particularly designs software project risk management system. According to the integrative management, this paper describes every module’s design. Then given the overall structure of software project risk management system. This paper particularly discusses each modules’design after understanding the overall structure.In the fifth part, based on the detailed design, this paper introduces each parts’ implementation, and puts forward the system result pictures.Finally, this paper is sum up the application of software project risk management system.
