Secondly, in each connection of the four staff databases of in-service staff database, retiree database, introducted staff database and reduced staff database, in the processes of "staff introducing, staff servicing, staff reducting and staff retiring, perfect operation flow and multilevel approval flow control is supplied with the help of huge access control system, among which the realization of functions directed towards user entry technology, data backup and recovery technology, image data upload technology and data dictionary transfer has been selectively analyzed.In actual use, the system is a middle and high end enterprises and institutions human resource management system as an integration of four staff database management. The system is simple to operate and maintain with high practicability and inheritance of advantages of "staff database" software.
