Based On The Information Environment Of The Securities Company Model Of Competitive Intelligence Research

As long as the enterprise informatization level rise, more and more companies are paying attention to the information to the enterprise to bring huge benefits, especially the roles that competitive information science play. As a component part of financial market, the securities industry has done gradually for further reform and development in our country, and in the turbulent changing market environment, they accumulated the rich operation and management experience, at the same time they also constantly accumulated the massive assets. But, the market competition is fierce; the securities industry is no exception. Even so, the roles that competitive intelligence play are no attention completely, so far, there are few securities company to set up a comparative competitive intelligence system, mainly because of the consciousness of competitive intelligence was weak, also because of securities companies have not found a suitable methods for constructing competitive intelligence mode. Therefore, in the enterprise information environment, the value chain analysis is used by the paper to analyze and construct the competitive intelligence mode of the securities company, and its significance lies in providing reference for the construction of the competitive intelligence mode and the development of competitive intelligence work of the securities company, and it can improve the competitiveness of the securities firm.These are the main content about this paper:at first, the part of enterprise information and competitive intelligence theory knowledge are discussed at the beginning of this article, in this theoretical basis, the author find out the relation of the competition information and the enterprise information, and elaborate it in this paper. Second, the competitive intelligence system of the securities firm is analyzed and constructed, in the process of constructing of the competitive intelligence system, find out the current situation and existing problems of the securities company competitive intelligence system are found out. Thirdly, the elements of the securities firm competitive intelligence are analyzed,and the model framework are designed, through to elaborate the value chain theory, the author discusses the profit model of the value chain of securities companies, on this basis, the securities company of competitive intelligence mode is built. At last, the competitive information system of the securities company of the merchants are constructed and the profit mode are analyzed, then design a competitive intelligence mode for the securities company of merchants, so it realize the significance of this paper, and the author hope that through the analysis of the theory, it can make the up to application of practice.
