Research On The Construction And Evaluation Of University Competitive Intelligence Service Based On Information Ecology

With the policy of "double top",the state puts forward new requirements for the development and construction of universities.It has become a national development strategy to improve the domestic higher education comprehensive strength and intermational competitiveness.The competition in domestic universities is becoming increasingly fierce.Under this background,universities must rely on competitive intelligence to implement correct development strategies and competitive strategies to win and maintain a lasting competitive advantage.In recent years,many universities have established competitive intelligence departments to serve the strategic management and scientific decision-making of universities.However,many factors restrict the development of competitive intelligence in universities and affect the service effect of competitive intelligence in universities.Among them,the lack of scientific comprehensive evaluation system to measure the competitive intelligence service of universities is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the present situation,this paper introduces the information ecology theory into the service process of competitive intelligence in universities.First,it studies the related documents of the two parties,finds the interlinking of the two,and transplants the elements of the theory of information ecosystem into the competitive intelligence service of universities,from the information resource collection and analysis,information man's coordination interaction,as well as the information environment to support three major modules are built based on the logic of university competitive intelligence service of information ecology;Secondly,this paper establishes the information factors,information man factors and environmental factors as the main body and various indicators of evaluation system,with systemic thinking to analyze the factors affecting the effect of competitive intelligence service in universities;Thirdly,in the specific evaluation stage,using the combination of analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and entropy weight method to calculate weight of the evaluation system of each index,grey correlation analysis and evaluation method of comprehensive evaluation value of each index and hierarchical evaluation.The mathematical evaluation model is realized and intuitively.Finally,the paper proposes a case analysis based on the theory and mathematical model,making the research of the three domestic universities about the competitive intelligence service work and specific evaluation comparison,analyzes the respective advantages and disadvantages of the competitive intelligence service work in universities.According to the evaluation results,the paper make the development of targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
