The Research On Entrepreneurship Program Selection Model Based On Competitive Intelligence Methods

Venture is an effective means to improve theemployment.Especially after Financial tsunami,venture is more meaningfulfor promote economic,create more jobs and so on, and the governmentalways support it.The number of business is increasing every day afterreform and opening up,especially in recent years.but according to thestatistical results of the department concerned，most enterprises die youngafter they are established,and68percent enterprises’ life cycle is less than5years.we finds that most entrepreneurs have considered many aspectsincluding project selection with subjective speculation.Sometimes they willchoose the project with their social experience.So the main reason for failureis the shortage of scientific analytical method or project evaluation,but theresearch of this aspect is very little.Since the enterprises builded are mostly minor enterprises,the mainpurpose of this paper is the research on application of CompetitiveIntelligence methods,then the details of minor enterprises are few in thepaper.This paper try to use the methods of Competitive Intelligence to build aentrepreneurship program selection model,and this model can be used forfeasibility analysis.This model can also make decision-making morescientific.The concept of Competitive Intelligence,the working process andmethods of Competitive Intelligence are elaborated in this paper.There is asynthesis application in the analysis of the model in the paper.The methodsof PEST and SWOT are used to design the basic evaluation framework,andthe methods are part of methods of macro analysis.Then analytic hierarchyprocess and multilevel gray evaluation are used for detailed evaluation andquantitative calculation.Finally,the evaluation results of optional projects areensured.At the end of this paper,a case is used to test the model and after theverification,the results consist that the model has a good operation and effectiveness.
