And combining with the map display the position, integrating the mapping tools to realize the visual display of classification and summary for customer. Task management based on the characteristics of telecom customers manager should include content of marketing data report, task distribute and processing, survey suggests filled out. Through this system client manager can accomplish daily work tasks, truly realized the mobile office. And marketing support module includes the function of business query, weather query, and so on, helping manager to accomplish the customer negotiate and tasks.This topic research the app of merchants manager management system based on Android platform. System uses B/S mode to development. System server used JSP development technology for development, and deployed on the Tomcat server. Database used the My Sql database, it communicated via JDBC. Android platform also used technology of Android widget, Activity, Service, and Broadcast technology etc. System also used the Baidu map, Xunfei sound, optimized the business structure and convenient for customers.Through the system integration, deployment, and the final test, the system basically completed the user needs and achieved the expected effect.
