Along with the advancement of the social information process, the information in the society in the update dissemination speed is also more and more quickly, the customer’s demand also at the time change. This also makes the traditional customer relationship management mode of information processing ability, response speed is relatively lagging behind, affecting the development of enterprises. In view of the current customer relationship management, and combined with the mobile Internet technology, this paper designs and implements the Android system based on the CRM platform client and server system, in order to meet the needs of fast and efficient service for enterprise customers.In this paper, we analyze the CRM system of a company, and propose nine business: customer management, contact management, sales opportunity management, order management, product management, management of information management, knowledge base management and schedule management. Secondly, in this paper, the combination of C / S model and MVC pattern, the design of client of CRM system structure, the system is divided into the presentation layer, business logic layer, service layer and data layer architecture; and the division of the function module, studied the function modules of business processes, and describes the detailed design and implementation of the. Finally, the function of the CRM client software is tested, the test results show that the function module of the client runs well and the business process is efficient.Through analysis of current and a lot of enterprise mobile application, on a total of interface elements and the underlying function design and development, for other functions provide the normative development mode, so as to greatly reduce the application development cycle, reduce the workload and, and at the same time, the software quality can be guaranteed and convenient maintenance.To sum up, the study traitor, the design and implementation of CRM system client software, has the advantages of high efficiency, mobility, convenience, etc, is an effective solution to the current defects of the customer relationship management at the same time, help the user to carry out various business activities, improve the efficiency of business processing, to ensure the normal operation and management of the enterprise.
