The Study On Cultivation Of Farmer’s Information Literacy

China’s agricultural informatization started in the 1980 s, with " project" and the agricultural information service engineering, of the unity of SanDian agricultural informatization had made significant progress in a short time, especially in the agriculture information infrastructure, agricultural database scale, agricultural expert system construction has achieved breakthrough, the traditional agricultural production has obtained the remarkable economic benefits. But compared with developed countries, our country agriculture information resource abundance, information service ability, and informatization popularity is low, especially farmers’weak information consciousness, information literacy is low, the main channel to access to information remains with the aid of a small scale of the relatives of neighborhood communication, television, a little amount of information available, content quality is poor, so as to effect on the quality of life, work, study, obviously restricts the improvement of national informatization level. So the farmers as main components, which undertakes the important task for the construction of society, information literacy level of high and low affect the progress and development of the whole nation, relationship to the society to achieve the goals of sustainable development in the future. How to effectively improve the farmers’ information literacy, adopt what kind of effective means of education and training, is the countryside faces huge problems.From this perspective, farmers’information literacy of xinzhou city, Shanxi Province FanShiXian six village farmers interview survey conducted on the basis of empirical analysis, the current situation of farmers’information literacy is summarized, the author put forward the strategy of the farmers’ information literacy in our country and safeguard measures. The full text is divided into five chapters, the first chapter clarifies the present situation of the farmers’ information literacy level needs to improve, elaborated the paper research background and purpose and significance, research contents and methods involved, and the domestic and foreign research present situation has carried on the literature review, in order to find the starting point and the theoretical basis for research. The fourth chapter put forward the strategies of the information literacy cultivation to farmers. Including structure network information literacy cultivation to build body, pay attention to the development of stable teachers, rich content in the cultivation of information literacy.
