Information as needed in the information age of human development and survival to have the basic conditions of the new century is the informationization, networking, communications, better educated degree deepening period. Information as the most active in the information age, factors play a decisive role. Information has been changing the way of life of human society, become a indispensable part of human life work, even can decide the development of human beings and constantly promote the development of the society of the wheel of history forward.Information society requires human needs have search information, information source, screening effective information, effective use of information and information moral of basic information literacy. Whether a country has international competitiveness and national information literacy is an important evaluation criterion. And college students as a national backbone of the future political, economic and social development, the college students’information literacy training is more important, so how to effectively improve students’ comprehensive quality of information, has become the focus of today’s academic research. This study is based on this purpose, from the relationship between the influencing factors to cultivate college students’ information literacy research, the DEMATEL method is used to find out the relationship between influencing factors, on college students’ information literacy cultivation put forward targeted strategy.Paper is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction of this study are mainly introduced the background, purpose, significance, research content and innovation points; The second part of the information literacy research review, this paper mainly introduces the basic definition of information literacy, training mode, the basic introduction to the present situation of college students’ information literacy research, a basic understanding of the basic situation of college students’ information literacy; The third part of college students’ information literacy influence factors analysis and evaluation system; The fourth part, based on the study on the relationship between the internal and external factors affecting the DEMATEL method; The fifth part is based on information literacy cultivation factors affecting the relationship between strategy and approach, the key factors that affect college students’ information literacy as a starting point, targeted put forward concrete and effective training strategy; The final conclusion, is also a general summary of the paper, and a prospect for the future.
