The profound changes brought about by social development include two levels,namely the continuous innovation of information technology and the transformation of information technology.At present,we have entered an era of ever-changing information and digital.Therefore,information civic education has become a particularly important part of the current world information education system.As minors between the ages of 12 and 18,they are affected by multiple external factors during their growth,and their personality and qualities also have greater plasticity.If you want to improve the information literacy of young people,you must first find out the various factors that affect the development of young people's information literacy,start with different factors,accurately cut into the optimization strategy,and prescribe the right medicine.However,on a practical level,there are few researches on the strategies to improve adolescents' information literacy,and the existing research is weak and inadequate.There are few researches from the perspective of adolescents,such as adolescents' cognition,adolescents' emotions,and adolescents' behaviors.In fact,if you start to formulate an improvement strategy from these listed influencing factors,then the improvement strategy is both accurate and pertinent.Under the guidance of this line of thinking,this thesis is dedicated to exploring the actual contradictions in the current situation of youth information literacy,combining its influencing factors,and proposing solutions to these development contradictions.The goal is to improve and improve research in the field of youth information literacy.Results.First of all,the structure of this paper is to summarize the related concepts of information literacy,digital literacy,media literacy and so on from the database literature search.It also summarizes the development of the current situation of youth information literacy,based on the literature search found important factors of youth information literacy: information awareness,computer thinking,digital learning and innovation,and information ethics.Under the basic background of these factors,this thesis clarified the research object,and thus designed the "Adolescent Information Literacy Questionnaire".The questionnaire uses data analysis software to analyze its rationality,combines reliability and validity analysis,and continuously revises it to finally establish the content of the questionnaire.The interview outline was designed,and the questionnaire survey and on-site interviews were combined to finally establish all the content and materials of the research.Later,the information and data recovered from the questionnaire were summarized,analyzed and summarized.Finally,draw the contradictions existing in the information literacy of young people at this stage,and put forward effective,reasonable and scientific solutions to these contradictions.The survey results show that the current status of youth information literacy is as follows.In terms of information ethics,young people can comply with ethical standards and restrain their behavior and performance in online information.This is mainly due to the guidance and supervision of parents and teachers;young people's genders also form subtle differences in information literacy.For example,the ability of boys in junior high school to use information technology is higher than that of girls,and then in terms of information sensitivity,boys are inferior to girls.This is mainly because teenagers have entered adolescence in middle school and their hearts are at this special stage.Have a stronger ability to capture and acquire external things and information;in the use of information technology equipment,high school students use more frequently than junior high school students.One of the reasons is that high school offers more information-related courses than junior high school students.High school students are in the transitional stage of learning professional knowledge,so the frequency of using information technology in the learning process is higher than that of junior high school students.According to the questionnaire survey,there are the following deficiencies in the information literacy of young people at this stage.Adolescents have poor information application awareness;and there is an information gap;lack of information literacy ability;adolescents have a low level of information understanding;weak information awareness and backward information concepts;from external factors,there is still a lack of a certain information literacy education model.Lack of information literacy evaluation model.In response to these contradictions,the corresponding strategies proposed are as follows: In terms of libraries,public libraries strengthen the construction of youth electronic reading rooms and establish a youth network navigation system to help them improve their information literacy.At the social level,create a good atmosphere for improving the value education of young people and strengthen the supervision of the network environment.At the school level,strengthen the level of moral education for young people and improve their information morality.At the parent level,mobilize parents to jointly build a good information environment.Finally,it is necessary to improve students' sense of computer efficiency and mobilize young people to actively use information technology in their study and life.The vision of these strategies is to provide valuable reference opinions for cultivating qualified information citizens in the information age.
